Customers who purchase a travel certificate may travel within 12 months from the date of purchase. Reservations must be made no more than 6 months in advance.

The reservation holder must register as a guest.
All reservations are final and no refunds are allowed. In case of no-show at the Resort on the day of Check In, the reservation will be marked as a NO-SHOW and the total amount paid for the reservation will be forfeited.
