Participation details

Our agreement between you and LOVE TRAVELERS and/or our partners is established by your acceptance of our ‘Terms and Conditions’. By doing so, you agree to the following.

• Validity of purchase: February 2025
• The age limit for minors varies depending on the selected hotel, with a range that may include from 11 to 13 years, depending on the hotel's availability and specific policies.
• The presentation is 30 minutes in length and must be completed in its entirety.
• If you are married, engaged or cohabiting, both of you must attend the meeting together on the same device.
• No children are allowed at the presentation.
• You must be at home, seated, visible on screen and with audio and video connected throughout the meeting.
• You must pay full and undivided attention throughout the presentation.
• For couples, one partner must be between the ages of 27 and 72; if you are single, your age must be between 35 and 72.
• Annual household income must be at least $70,000 USD.
• You must have a major credit card.
• You must have a valid government ID.
• You must not have attended a presentation from the same company in the last 24 months
• If a couple, one must be a US citizen and both participants must speak and understand fluent English. If single, must be a US citizen and speak fluent English.

Consumer disclosure

BY SCHEDULING THE MEETING, THE CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

• NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE OFFERS.
• Some offers may require payment of government taxes and/or resort fees.
• Once a holiday certificate is received, the customer has 12 to 18 months to complete the trip, depending on the offer selected.
• Promotional holidays require advance notice, travel dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• All deposit or reservation fees paid before the meeting are non-refundable, unless the participant attends the full presentation in full compliance with all requirements and chooses not to receive the promotional holiday certificate.
