Reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 10 days to arrival date. Changes or cancellations will apply if requested 11 days prior to arrival date.
Upon check-in at the hotel, the reservation holder must present a valid official identification, a valid credit card, the reservation confirmation, and pay an approximate environmental tax of $2 USD per night.
